Momen Naser currently serves as the Regional Facilities Manager for EMEA at Gartner since January 2024, where responsibilities include ensuring safe and functional working conditions across multiple offices, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing a substantial operating budget while focusing on service delivery and compliance with safety regulations. Previously, Momen held the role of Facilities Manager at CBRE, where the management of procurement, vendor selection, and energy initiatives were key tasks. This role followed a tenure at EFSIM Facilities Management Company, where Momen progressed from Assistant Operations Manager to Facilities Manager, overseeing project operations and client satisfaction for notable clients such as Boeing and IBM. Momen's academic background includes a Master’s in Facilities and Maintenance Management from the University of Malaya, alongside degrees in Facilities Planning and Management from Arizona State University and Mechanical-Automotive Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
