Murry Carter

Murry Carter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, information systems, and military operations. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at Gartner since August 2021, Murry advises and mentors C-suite leaders in the Federal Government and Department of Defense. Previous roles at Deloitte included Senior Manager in Cyber Risk, where Murry led the development of Security Operations Center capabilities and a Cybersecurity Strategic plan for the IRS. Murry also has a strong military background, having held significant leadership positions such as Commander of the DISA Command Center and the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station in Bahrain. Murry's educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees and graduate certificates from esteemed institutions, enhancing expertise in information assurance, national security, and cyber warfare.
