Naina J. has a diverse background in design, education, and consulting, with key roles spanning over a decade. As Co-Founder of NUTS India from October 2013 to June 2019, Naina J. demonstrated leadership in establishing the UX Design Department and setting up a Master's of Design program. Naina J. has held academic positions as visiting faculty at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and Dehradun Institute of Technology, where Naina J. contributed to the growth of design education. Currently serving as Senior Manager (Product CX) at Gartner since September 2022, Naina J. focuses on product strategy, design, and enhancing customer experience.
