Neal Woolrich

Neal Woolrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and journalism. Currently serving as Director in the Human Resources Advisory group at Gartner since July 2016, Neal specializes in Employee Experience, focusing on Culture, Engagement, and Hybrid Work Models. Additionally, Neal has held the position of Director for Gartner's International Executive Forums, where support is provided to Finance and HR Directors of multinational companies. Neal's background also includes roles as a Broadcast Journalist at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, reporting on business and economics, freelance journalism, and tax consulting at both Arthur Andersen & Co. and KPMG Australia. Neal is actively involved in the East Malvern Tooronga Cricket Club, holding positions such as Assistant Curator, Committee Member, and President. Neal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Economics from Monash University.
