Neha Jain is a Managing Vice President of Product Management, Innovation, and Data Science at Gartner, where they leverage over 15 years of experience in data and decision science, client services, and product development. Since 2021, Neha has led various teams at Gartner, driving significant client engagement and retention initiatives while previously managing predictive analytics teams. Neha holds multiple MBA degrees in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, currently pursuing advanced studies at Symbiosis International University. Passionate about supporting women in the workplace, Neha actively leads the Women at Gartner initiative. In their free time, Neha enjoys caricaturing, reading, and sharing food recipes.
