Neha Kumar is a Senior Director in Gartner's CIO and AI Leaders research group, where they advise tech leaders globally on maximizing business value from digital transformation and AI initiatives. With extensive experience spanning roles at Schneider Electric and Gartner, Neha has focused on IT operating models, product management, and executive effectiveness. They hold a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication from BPUT and an MBA in Information Technology & Marketing from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, where they graduated with distinction. Neha enjoys facilitating leadership discussions and delivering keynote presentations at conferences.
