Nerissa Wels

Nerissa Wels is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in data and analytics, project management, and operational strategy. Currently serving as MVP in Gartner's Chief Data & Analytics Office since 2011, Wels has also held key roles such as IT DEI Co-Chair, Program Sponsor for LAUNCH, and MVP in Software Engineering and IT Operations. A proven leader, Wels has driven significant initiatives, including a multi-year Sales Process and Technology Transformation project, and has been instrumental in managing the Research portfolio and supporting corporate growth strategies. Prior to Gartner, Wels held senior positions at Everyday Health, Inc., Omnipod, Inc., and BBDO New York, demonstrating a strong background in program management and media planning. Wels holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Binghamton University.
