Nicolas Cardenas

Nicolas Cardenas is a Lead Security Engineer specializing in AI and machine learning for threat detection and SOC automation. They previously held positions at Gartner, including Senior Security Engineer and Security Analyst, and completed an IT Security Intern role. Nicolas began their career with internships in software quality assurance and IT security at Publix Super Markets. They earned a B.S. in Information Technology with a minor in Secure Computing and Technology from the University of Central Florida, graduating Cum Laude, and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
