Owen Pengelly

Owen Pengelly is a seasoned executive currently serving as Vice President and Executive Partner at Gartner. With extensive experience, Owen held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer at the Department for International Trade and Deputy Director at the Cabinet Office. Owen began their career as an IT Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has also worked as Change Programme Director and Deputy CIO at HM Treasury. Owen earned a BA with honors in History from the University of Durham and an MA in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
