Pam Washington possesses extensive experience in retail and client advocacy roles. Beginning as a Store Manager at Susie's Casuals and later at Ormond Shops, Pam developed strong skills in sales, customer service, inventory control, and expense management. Transitioning to the technology sector, Pam has held various positions at Gartner since 2015, including Senior Account Executive and Client Relationship Specialist, focusing on strategic business solutions for IT executives and clients. Currently serving in Global Strategic Operations, Client Advocacy, Pam emphasizes understanding client needs and aligning Gartner resources with their objectives. Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University.
