Paramita Das is currently a Principal in Research at Gartner, where they lead discussions with global IT leaders to analyze business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. Previously, Paramita served as a Senior Specialist at Gartner, focusing on strategic best practices and client engagement. They have also consulted for Goodera, crafting CSR strategies and measuring social impact, and worked independently to optimize business processes for SMEs and public sector clients. Paramita holds an M.Sc. in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, along with a B.A. in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, and a PGDFP in Financial Planning from the International College of Financial Planning in New Delhi.
