Pat Cary

Pat Cary is a Principal at Gartner since July 2022, focusing on global enterprise executive research. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Research Analyst at Advisory Board from March 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities involved interviewing hospital executives, conducting secondary research, and creating detailed research presentations. Prior work as a Research Associate at IGI from September 2017 to February 2019 emphasized collaboration with executive management on custom investigative projects. An internship at Global Policy Group in 2016 involved producing analyses of U.S. policies, and a prior internship at the U.S. Department of State in 2014 included writing briefs on human rights issues and preparing diplomats. Pat Cary holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
