Paula Prince

Paula Prince is an accomplished professional in client success and program management, currently serving as Director of Client Success at UpMetrics since April 2022. Previous roles at Gartner from March 2017 to April 2022 included Lead Client Success Manager, where Paula managed relationships with over 80 public and private sector Chief Information Officers in Canada. In addition, Paula contributed as a Global Advisor for Women at Gartner, focusing on advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes Executive Client Manager and Chief Program Officer at Hope for Haiti, overseeing a significant annual budget and managing multiple staff while facilitating strategic partnerships and public representation. Paula's education includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from the American Graduate School in Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Louisville.
