Pete Talbot

Pete Talbot is an experienced program manager and director with a focus on education research, curriculum design, and leadership development. They currently serve as a Director at Gartner, managing a team of researchers in Learning and Development. Previously, Pete worked at Graduate School USA from 2021 to 2024 as a Program Manager, where they managed a leadership development program for federal employees. Their extensive background also includes roles at the Close Up Foundation, The Advisory Board Company, and EAB, where they developed training modules and research programs across various educational sectors. Pete is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
