Phil Pradere is an accomplished IT and social leadership professional with extensive experience in client management and operational efficiency. They held various roles at Gartner from 2020 to 2022, including Enterprise Account Manager and Retention Programs Manager, and currently serve as the Senior Manager of Retention Programs for Europe Global Enterprise. Phil has been the President of NewKode since 2025 and previously directed operations at the I TALK TO STRANGERS® Foundation from 2012 to 2014. Phil holds a BA in Business Administration from Flagler College and an AA Degree in Business Administration and Management from Tallahassee Community College.
