Pooja B. is a seasoned product leader currently serving as VP of Product at Gartner, where they focus on optimizing tools and processes to enhance user experience and efficiency. Previously, Pooja held key roles at Time Inc. as Art Director and at L2 Inc. as Director of Product Development, demonstrating expertise in product management and design. Pooja co-founded a fashion/tech startup, leading its innovative approach to online shopping, and has contributed to industry initiatives promoting gender inclusivity through their role at Gartner's Women at Gartner board. They also have an extensive background in design and education, having taught at Pratt Institute and worked as a freelance consultant. Pooja is pursuing a Master of Science in Design and Visual Communications at Pratt Institute.
