Rachel Ortiz

Rachel Ortiz is currently the Sr. Manager of Client Success at Gartner, where they have held various roles including Client Partner and Manager, Client Success since 2017. They graduated with a B.A. in Communications, focusing on Culture and Media, from the University of South Florida. Prior to their tenure at Gartner, Rachel worked in various positions such as ER Financial Counselor at Lee Memorial Health System and Utilization Management at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. Rachel also gained management experience through roles at Rumrunners and Gardner Orthopedics.
