Prior experience at Gartner includes an Area Vice President role in Technology Sales, where responsibilities involved leading a sales organization and developing high-performing teams. Randi's career at Lincoln Electric included various sales roles, showcasing a strong background in sales strategy and account management. Randi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2009.
