Rex Billings

Rex Billings is currently a Director at Gartner, focusing on supporting state and local governments in managing technology and defining IT strategies. Previously, Rex held managerial positions at North Highland and Deloitte Consulting, where responsibilities included enhancing business operations and public sector management consulting. Rex also served as Assistant Director for the City of Houston, leading a team in the Municipal Court case management system. Rex earned a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on Information Technology from Brigham Young University.
