Rich Hutton

Rich Hutton is currently the Global Associate Director of Recruiting at Gartner Consulting, where they are establishing a new Talent Intelligence function aimed at enhancing talent acquisition through data-driven insights. Previously, they held several roles at Gartner, including Manager of Recruiting for North America and Senior Analytics and Insights Specialist. Earlier in their career, Rich worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Foundation Business Administrator, and they also gained experience as an Interview and Career Coach at Carrus.io. Rich holds a Ba Hons in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
