Richa Jha

Richa Jha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy and research. Currently serving as a Principal at Gartner since July 2019, Richa utilizes proven methodologies to conduct high-level research that addresses complex business challenges through various analytical methods. Previously, as a Business Strategy Consultant at CAPA - Centre for Aviation, Richa led primary research initiatives and supported data analysis across multiple projects. Earlier roles include North India Business Head at doxper, where leadership and marketing efforts were pivotal in expanding business, and Business Consultant at Deloitte, where skills in analytics were recognized and utilized. Richa’s early volunteer work with organizations like Search Years and the Nepal Red Cross Society highlights a commitment to social causes, focusing on education and rehabilitation for underprivileged children. Richa holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the Delhi School of Economics and a B.Com in Finance from Satyawati College.
