Robert Higham

Robert Higham is a seasoned cybersecurity leader and risk management strategist with over 20 years of experience. Higham currently serves as the Director of Security Operations at Gartner, where they lead a US-based Security Operations team and spearhead the integration of Generative AI tools to enhance workflows. Previously, Higham directed the Counter Threat Unit at Secureworks, achieving significant improvements in threat detection efficiency and customer satisfaction. They also held senior roles at State Farm Insurance, where they developed enterprise information security policies and led various teams in threat hunting and cyber defense initiatives. Higham earned a Master of Science in Cyber Security with a focus on Cyber Intelligence from the University of South Florida.
