Robert Paden is currently the Team Manager of Global Expert Labs, where they identify and develop future thought-leaders while overseeing the growth of early to mid-level talent. Prior to this role, Robert served at Gartner from 2014 to 2019, holding positions such as Manager of Research Engagement Services and Senior Specialist in Proof of Concepts. They also have experience as a Field Archaeologist with the State of Florida and as an Administrative Assistant for Key West Express. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida in 2013.
