Ron Hanscome

Ron Hanscome is a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive experience in research, strategy consulting, and product marketing. Currently serving as Research Vice President at Gartner since September 2012, Ron focuses on emerging trends and provides actionable insights to clients regarding HCM program investments. Previous roles include VP of HCM Systems Strategy Consulting at HRchitect, HCM Technology Consultant at self-employment, and VP positions at Kenexa and Oracle, among others. With a strong background in market analysis and client collaboration, Ron has been instrumental in developing strategic plans and roadmaps for HCM technologies across various organizations. Ron holds a BA in Modern European History from the University of Minnesota.
