Ross Gardiner

Ross Gardiner is currently the Vice President and Manager of Expert Talent, leading a global team that advises executives in Audit, Compliance, Legal, and Risk on management strategies and growth. Previously, Ross held various positions at Gartner and CEB, including Director of Advisory Services and Senior Executive Advisor, where they supported Fortune 500 companies in strategic planning, cost optimization, and the launch of innovative products for legal executives. Ross's earlier roles included Senior Analyst and Analyst, providing decision-making support to extensive legal departments. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, as well as a Fellowship from the Office of the Governor in the State of Illinois.
