Sam Grinter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and research sectors. Currently serving as a Director at Gartner since November 2015, Sam has held multiple roles including Senior Principal Analyst and Principal Analyst, primarily focused on the Human Capital Management (HCM) team within the Enterprise Software department. Prior to this, Sam was the Senior Market Analyst at IHS from August 2011 to November 2015, leading the ERP research group.
