Sampurna Maitra is an ambitious and versatile organisational psychologist who currently serves as an Executive Advisor at Gartner, where they provide insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as leadership strategy to senior HR leaders. Previously, they held consulting roles in leadership assessment and talent management across various sectors, including a pivotal position at AMS, where they drove the global talent and performance management strategy for a large workforce. Sampurna's expertise encompasses psychometric-based leadership development, coaching, and human-centred change management, with a strong passion for building innovative, evidence-based people programs. They began their career with an HR internship at Tata Steel and continue their education at the University of Leeds.
