Sasha Tuzel

Sasha Tuzel is the Sr. Director of HR Advisory at Gartner, where they work directly with senior human resources leaders to define talent management strategies and enhance leadership development. Previously, Sasha held roles at Mission Measurement, where they led engagements to help nonprofits and corporations maximize social outcomes, and at Chicago Public Schools, where they developed performance management systems. Sasha earned a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the same institution.
