Shankar Kumar

Shankar Kumar is the Director of Data Science at Gartner, where they lead a team focused on building data-driven solutions. With a robust academic background, Shankar holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Analytics from IIM Calcutta, as well as PGDBA degrees from IIT Kharagpur and ISI Kolkata. Previously, Shankar worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Gartner and started their career as a Software Engineer at Dassault Systèmes. Shankar has developed various machine learning models and holds a patent under review for a peer-based recommendation and value tracking system.
