Shawn D. Murphy

Shawn D. Murphy is a Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, where they study and write about talent and culture change, and the future of work. With a commitment to human-centric leadership, Shawn has authored two books, *Work Tribes* and *The Optimistic Workplace*, published by HarperCollins Leadership. Previously, they served in organizational development and training roles at various companies, including WorqIQ, US Bank, and VSP. Shawn holds a Master's in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of San Francisco.
