Shayne Jackson

Shayne Jackson is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and leadership, currently serving as Senior Director and Analyst at Gartner, focusing on research for sales leaders since April 2019. As a founding member of the Revenue Enablement Society since August 2017, Shayne has contributed significantly to the field. Previous roles include Senior Director of Sales Enablement at Applause, where programs were developed to enhance seller productivity, and Director of Sales Enablement at HPE SimpliVity, where Shayne implemented functions that scaled sales teams to exceed $100M in revenue. With a long-standing career at Dell EMC, Shayne held various leadership positions, driving sales enablement strategies across multiple business segments. Shayne holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology and Management from Clark University.
