Stephen Osborne

Stephen Osborne is an accomplished professional currently serving as Senior Director, Analyst for Corporate Assurance at Gartner since October 2025. Additionally, Stephen holds a board member position at Warner House Association and was a founding member of the Internal Audit Collective from January to November 2025. Previously, Stephen was the Head of Internal Audit at Best Egg from January 2022 to July 2025 and participated as a mentor in The Institute of Internal Auditors' Emerging Leaders Mentoring Program during 2023-2024. With extensive experience at RiverStone from 2004 to 2021, Stephen held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Risk and Assurance. Stephen also worked as a Senior Audit Manager at RSM UK and BDO UK, and as an Internal Audit Manager at HRG, with early experience as an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton UK. Stephen holds a BEng in Chemical and Bio Process Engineering from the University of Bath.
