Sue Lam

Sue Lam is currently the VP of Global People Analytics, Culture, Strategy & Planning at The Coca-Cola Company, where they lead HR strategy and people analytics initiatives. They have previously held roles at Shell, developing strategies in organizational behavior and talent assessments, and at Gartner as a Talent Analytics Advisory Board Member. With academic credentials that include ongoing Ph.D. and M.A. studies at the University of California, Irvine, and a B.A. from UCLA, Sue Lam also served in various research positions, including a Staff Research Associate at UCLA and a Research Associate at Psychology Beyond Borders. Additionally, they are an Advisory Board Member for both Boomerang and the Human Capital Institute, contributing insights on employee lifecycle management and HR innovation.
