Taitem Thrift

Taitem Thrift has extensive experience in client relations and customer success, primarily demonstrated at Gartner from January 2021 to September 2023, where roles included Client Relationship Associate and Client Success Partner. In these positions, Taitem utilized qualitative and quantitative techniques to assist clients in optimizing their subscriptions, focusing on data analysis and solution alignment to enhance decision-making. Responsibilities also included training and mentoring new associates and fostering strong relationships with a diverse range of clients. Prior experience as a Tour Guide at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures from April 2013 to February 2020 showcased a strong ability in customer relations and technical proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Oracle. Taitem holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration, along with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Baylor University, completed in 2019.
