Tamara Skye, M.B.A., is a seasoned strategist and leadership coach with over two decades of experience in driving organizational transformation and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently serving as Vice President and Executive Advisor at Gartner, Tamara partners with global technology leaders to accelerate innovation and tackle key challenges. Previously, Tamara held significant roles at Wells Fargo and American Express, where they spearheaded strategic initiatives that delivered measurable outcomes in the finance and banking sectors. Additionally, as the owner of Center Gravity, Tamara provides executive coaching and strategic advisory services to cultivate high-performing teams and leaders. Tamara earned a Master of Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and continues to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of Oklahoma.
