Tejas Kapoor

Tejas Kapoor is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in research, education, and analytics. Currently serving as a Principal at Gartner since May 2018, Tejas has previously held roles as a Senior Research Specialist and Research Specialist within the same organization. Prior to Gartner, Tejas gained practical experience as an MBA Intern at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, contributing to a thought leadership event focused on neurodiversity and talent recruitment initiatives for individuals on the autism spectrum. Tejas also spent two years as a Fellow at Teach For India, where classroom management and resource creation positively impacted numerous students and communities.
