Thomas Bittman is a Distinguished VP Analyst at Gartner, focusing on edge computing and the future shape of infrastructure. They co-founded Sandy Hook Promise and served as a Board Member from 2012 to 2015. Prior to their tenure at Gartner, Thomas held the position of Chief Software Engineering Manager at IBM from 1983 to 1995 and worked as an Associate Member of the Technical Staff at CSC in 1983.
