Tom Archer

Tom Archer is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in consulting and program management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Gartner since September 2018, Tom previously held roles including Associate Partner and Director. At Elixirr from September 2015 to August 2018, Tom was a Consulting Principal, leading engagements focused on Program and Change Management and Digital Strategy. As Managing Director at Bonhive from November 2013 to January 2018, Tom was instrumental in transforming consulting service procurement processes. Earlier positions include Senior Manager at Allolio&Konrad, where Tom led post-acquisition integration for a global telecommunications company, and Consulting Manager at Amdocs, focusing on strategy projects across EMEA and APAC. Tom's career began at Accenture, progressing through various roles in the Telecoms and Retail sectors. Tom holds a B.Sc. in Physics with First Class Honours from the University of Bristol.
