Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and client engagement, currently serving as a Principal Analyst at Gartner since September 2015. In this role, Tom is integral to the EMEA Research Engagement Services Team, facilitating communication between the Gartner Analyst Community, clients, and service partners. Prior to Gartner, Tom held positions including Senior Graduate Recruitment Resourcer at CA Recruitment, where responsibilities involved client communication and candidate sourcing, and served as Chairman of the Slough Jets Supporters' Club, focusing on fan management and communication. Additional experiences include roles in customer service at Lloyds TSB and B&Q, and marketing assistance at HW Recruitment and Berkeley PR. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from Kingston University and has a strong background in the IT industry, recruitment, and customer service.
