Tom Wethington

Tom Wethington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and business leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Gartner since August 2019, Tom has held various senior positions such as Associate Partner, Director, Associate Director, and Senior Consultant within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Dean of Students, Director of Residence Life, and Upper School Mathematics Teacher at The Masters School from July 2012 to July 2017, as well as an Analyst at XL Capital from October 2008 to May 2010. Tom holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and two Master of Arts degrees in Private School Leadership and Mathematics Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Philosophy from Bucknell University.
