Tracy Orr

Tracy Orr is currently serving as an Associate Expert Partner and North America Practice Lead at Gartner since October 2020, previously holding roles as Senior Director and Director. Prior to Gartner, Tracy operated as an Independent Consultant from August 2019 to October 2020, specializing in strategy, change management, workforce transformation, and program/project management. Tracy's experience includes a directorship in Organizational Transformation at KPMG, a Senior Manager position at Deloitte Canada, and a Program Director role at the Nova Scotia Provincial Government, focusing on service delivery and change management. Tracy also worked as a Program Consultant at Beacon Community Services and as a Director for the BC Provincial Government, managing significant contracts and leading business transformation projects. Tracy holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and certifications in Certified Management Accounting.
