Tricia Neubauer

Tricia Neubauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and education. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at Gartner since January 2011, Tricia has also held the position of Director within the company. Prior to Gartner, Tricia contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business from August 2010 to August 2015, teaching a course on Career Search Strategies focused on job search skills and career exploration. Tricia's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Services from September 2006 to January 2011. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Information Systems from James Madison University, awarded in 2006.
