Agnishwar Jayaprakash has extensive work experience in various industries and sectors. Agnishwar is the Founder CEO of Garuda Aerospace Private Limited, where they focus on designing, building, and customizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones for various applications. Agnishwar founded Agni Foundation, a non-profit and social organization, with the aim of achieving an equalitarian society by bridging the gaps between donors and recipients.

Agnishwar also worked as the Director of Marketing at Flame Advertising Pvt. Ltd., where they applied strategic thinking and creativity to deliver effective communication and marketing solutions. Agnishwar served as the Vice Chairman of Agni College of Technology, overseeing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees across a range of engineering streams.

Additionally, they were the founder of Ignite-India, a socio-economic educational initiative focused on youth empowerment through innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development, which received national recognition and awards. Agnishwar was also the Founder and CEO of AEDX, a company specializing in educational tour programs in India.
