Faisal Zein

Faisal Zein has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Operation Standards Division at Garuda Indonesia since September 2005, with a focus on developing operational manuals and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations. Additional roles include Air Safety Investigator, various pilot positions including Captain on multiple aircraft types, and training roles such as Pilot Basic Indoctrination Training Instructor and Crew Resource Management Facilitator. Faisal co-founded Rubicon HR Consulting and has a background in photography, having held positions in multiple photography agencies early in the career. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management and a Master of Business Administration, along with a Commercial Pilot certification and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
