Sari Suharso

Sari Suharso is an accomplished professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Capital Director at Garuda Indonesia since April 2016. With a strong background in consulting and management, Sari previously held the position of Partner at Renoir Consulting Indonesia from 2012 to April 2016 and was the Managing Partner at PDA Consultant from 2004 to April 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Head of HR at Permata Bank (2005-2007), Division Head of HR at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) (1998-2004), and AVP of Human Resources at Bank Danamon Indonesia (1987-1996). Sari Suharso holds both a Bachelor and a Master degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
