Andika Putra Panengah

Andika Putra Panengah has extensive experience in customer support, sales, marketing, and product development, currently serving as Customer Support & Sales Manager at GMF AeroAsia since December 2014. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between customers and the organization, managing internal sales activities, and driving additional sales through cross/up-selling. Previous roles at GMF AeroAsia include Senior Marketing & Product Development Specialist, where Andika managed customer relationship activities and improved customer satisfaction, and as a Marketing Communications specialist, focusing on brand awareness and promotional strategies. Earlier experience includes co-founding Dentist Breakfast Club and serving as Assistant Brand Manager at PT URC Indonesia, where Andika developed marketing strategies and managed brand health. Andika holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
