Lin Bai

Lin Bai has extensive experience in academic administration and program management, currently serving as an Executive Assistant/Program Officer at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research since April 2022. In this role, Lin Bai provides executive support to the Program Director, managing personnel, budgeting, and operational oversight while collaborating on strategic plan development. Prior experience includes serving as Higher Degree Research Manager at Macquarie University, where Lin Bai oversaw HDR programs and candidate experience, developed performance tracking models, and managed funding budgets from January 2014 to January 2022.
