Myron Zlotnick

Myron Zlotnick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Governance Officer at Garvan Institute of Medical Research since April 2024, Myron also provides corporate governance and company secretarial services at Cosecaus. Previously held the position of Company Secretary at Quickstep Group and Reckon, along with significant management roles at Reckon Limited. Myron's early career includes legal positions at Gilbert + Tobin and MWEB, as well as lecturing at the University of the Witwatersrand. Myron holds a Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional and a Certificate in Telecoms Regulation from the University of the Witwatersrand, alongside an LLM in Administrative Law and a BA LLB from Rhodes University.
