Prior to joining Garver, Caitlin worked at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. as a recruiter and coordinator, and also held a recruiter position at Aerotek, specializing in professional services. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Southern Arkansas University.
