John Shaw

John Shaw is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Garver since July 2022, Shaw oversees the Human Resources Department, Safety, and support services team. Prior to this role, Shaw spent over a decade at Kiewit, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources, Human Resources Director for Kiewit Energy Group, and Senior District Human Resources Manager, effectively managing HR for thousands of employees across North America. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President/Human Resources Group Manager at M & I Bank and Human Resources Manager at Commerce Bank. John Shaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas.
